Scooter gets my vote for Best Saleman! I traded from 2010 Ultra to 2018 Anniversary Limited...lots of improvements. Sales staff are friendly and purchase process is quick and easy. Nice selection but not the biggest variety, they have a few in house custom bikes as we were told. My father and I, have traveled to a many of Harley places and this one was nice. The salesman were very nice and laid back, not pushy and genuinely open to just simple conversation.

I've purchased from 3 different dealerships around the metro area and this was by far the best experience I've had. In all the other cases, the salesmen were great but the sales manager left me bitter for one reason or another, making it so that I would never buy at those places again. Here, Cesar was amazing and that made all the difference in my overall experience. I can't say enough about him. Salesman Eric was great and has followed up with me several times and Stephanie in finance made sure to get me the best deal. The only downside is this dealer is so far from my home that it isn't feasible for me to use the service department, but I would definitely recommend buying from there. Cesar should train other sales managers at all the dealers because he is a pro at customer service and making the customer feel special, which is seriously lacking at other dealers.

After a buyer's remorse incident, that legally the dealership is not obligated to refund or take back...this dealership was over the top! They did reverse the contract and refund the full amount! They just proved that they don't discard a customer after they have your money, and we will be back in six months to purchase a new Harley. This is the best dealership that actually did go above and beyond for a customer, not to mention the great business etiquette! I am in love with these ppl! Can't wait to be back!

I bought a used Ultra Classic CVO from them coming up 3 years ago. Great dealership and honest shop. Nobody likes paying HD prices nowadays, but treat them kindly with respect and they will return it...even welcoming you into their family. My two cents.....

Went in to buy a used bike on a low budget.Talked to Mike Alberts one of the sales pros there and he hooked me up with a 2008 Street Bob. Had a problem with the rear lights and his service dept fixed it and I was on my way. Can't say enough about Cartersville Harley, great staff pleasant to deal with. Sales Manager Bret was professional and easy to work with. Used there service dept before on a prior bike and never had a problem.
